Return Policy
At Flora and Fauna, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Certain products such as plants, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:

- Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8 -10 business days of receipt and verification of the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be initiated to your bank account after collecting bank details.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation:
Product Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 18 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Service Cancellation:
- Services cannot be canceled once booked. However, they can be rescheduled one time for up to 2 months from the original booking date.
