Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

At Flora and Fauna, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  2. Certain products such as plants, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at customercare@floraandfauna.org via mail or call us to +918594000662 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8 -10 business days of receipt and verification of the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be initiated to your bank account after collecting bank details.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

 

Return/Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Below is our policy for returns and cancellations:

Order Cancellation:

Product Cancellation:
  1. Orders can be canceled within 18 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  3. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Service Cancellation:
  1. Services cannot be canceled once booked. However, they can be rescheduled one time for up to 2 months from the original booking date.

  2. The refund process typically takes 8-10 business days from the date of approval.
Non-Returnable Products:
